PYW’s 2021: Week 5

Last week, I asked you to come up with a new menu item to be served at Chase Field. I got to thinking that I should have also asked you to come up with the name of the stand that would serve it, but maybe next year. Lots of great choices, and I believe for the first time this year, though I’m not currently in a position to verify, all three of our winners had red comments. There is only one winner, however, and once again its Jack Sommers!

Obligatory reminder to be nice, while hoping no one notices the button says unrec... Anyway, in second place we find AzRattler!

Topical and Diamondbacks related. Well done! And rounding out our top three is Smurf1000!

The only issue I see with this is that the man is clearly no chicken... Now let’s see what this does to the standings, shall we?

A strong week for Jack solidifies his grip on first place, though Hacks and newcomer to the top three AzRattler are both definitely within striking distance. Kudos to Smurf1000 for turning his first podium finish of the year into a tie for four place.

For this week’s prompt, I think I’ll go oldschool with a take on the classic caption contest. Below, you’ll see a picture of MadBum, well into his delivery with a wild look on his face, staring directly into the camera. What has caught his eye? Go!
