What a trip. The Diamondbacks come home after taking 7 of 10 on the road. The team split the series in Washington and followed that up by sweeping and demoralizing the Cincinnati Reds. Yesterday we witnessed the legendary double-header with Gallen starting game 1 and giving up just 1 hit in a 7 inning complete game shutout. But that’s not all. Game 2 starter Madison Bumgarner shows us all he still has it by throwing 7 no hit innings in another complete game shutout. The Dbacks held the Braves to just 1 hit in 14 innings. Now, the Diamondbacks rest at .500 with a day off today before hosting San Diego for 2 games.
