The injury to Kole Calhoun has created an opportunity for Trayce Thompson to return to the starting lineup for a Major League team. He’s making the best of his current opportunity. Meanwhile, Josh Rojas put on a display on Friday, manning short and smacking a pair of homers, driving in five runs.

There is little denying that baseball as a sport is better off when the two-way phenom is healthy and doing his thing.
