Not getting swept was the most realistic scenario coming into Dodger Stadium. The D-backs did manage that. Mike Leake is a hit giving up machine during his first two starts with Arizona. This time the hits turned into 8 runs in 5 innings. It is Rockies, Giants, Rockies again before the Milwaukee series. Still in it of course, but not with pitching like this on display.

Robby Scott did have a nice outing two days ago, but he has plenty of options and Andriese always seems to get another chance.
This is why best players need to be traded sometimes. It works out if the farm players keep improving. Something to watch closely going forward.
Even if the D-backs pull a New York Mets type run to make the Wild Card and win that game. Is there even a remote chance they could beat this Dodgers team in the first round?
It would be nice if the D-backs could pull something like this off, but that require Mike Leake to get a whole lot of run support his next start.
Astros and Yankees are sandwiched by the Dodgers at the top. Hopefully, one of those two teams can give the Dodgers another World Series defeat.
