Reno Aces 4, Albuquerque Isotopes 7: Jake Buchanan got blasted for 6 runs in 6 13 innings, allowing 8 hits with two of them leaving the ballpark. Unfortunately, the Aces (14-21) were unable to do anything with the bat until the 8th inning, scoring 2 runs in each of the final 2 innings. Kevin Cron hit out his first homer of the year in the 9th, a 2-run shot.

Jackson Generals 0, Chattanooga Lookouts 3: After a hot start to the year, the Generals (19-14) are scuffling at the plate with this game being the cherry on top. Ryan Atkinson allowed 3 runs (2 earned) over 4 innings and the bullpen did 4 shutout, but the Generals offense was unable to do anything with only 1 AB with RISP. Daniel Robertson had 3 hits in the losing effort.

Stockton Ports 4, Visalia Rawhide 5: Kevin McCanna allowed 3 runs in the 3rd but was sharp the other 4 innings, striking out 5. The Rawhide (19-15) were able to tie it in the middle innings with 2 in the 4th and 1 in the 5th. However, the Ports gained a 4-3 advantage in the 7th and carried it into the bottom of the 9th. Back-to-back doubles by Raymel Flores and Camden Duzenack tied the game before Ramon Hernandez ended it with a walkoff single. Daulton Varsho was 0 for 3 with a HBP and a run scored and Marcus Wilson 1 for 4 with a walk.

Kane County Cougars 3, Fort Wayne Tin Caps 1: Eudy Ramos pounded out his 2nd homer of the year, a 2-run shot that gave the Cougars (15-16) the runs they would need to win. Jeff Bain was stellar with 5-plus innings of 1-run ball with 6 Ks. His only run allowed came after he left after the first two reached in the 6th. Ramos would add a double, his 6th, as part of a 7th inning rally that led to a valuable insurance run. Jazz Chisholm went 0 for 4 with 2 Ks.
