Salutations and other greetings, friends! It is the last Friday of a month on the Gregorian Calendar during the MLB season, so everybody’s favorite feature is back!
For the uninitiated, or just as a reminder, the concept is as follows: The Diamondbacks introduced their new uniform concept prior to the 2016 season. This included a lot of potential uniform combinations, so I thought it would be fun to keep track of the Win/Loss records of all of these uniforms. Simple enough. I post the cumulative results of the season up to that point the last Friday of every month.
Here are the uniform standings, current as of yesterday’s game
Uniform Tracker

1998 Uniform White Cap | 1 | 0 |
The combination of the Diamondbacks playing incredibly well right now with it being early in the season means that there isn’t a whole lot you can draw from this. Every uniform that has been used more than once is at least .500. Some odd scheduling of off-days has also made some uniforms more prominent than others, since the Diamondbacks have generally used the day of the week to choose which uniform to use.
As the season rolls on, and the usual ups and downs that come with it, some patterns may emerge and this may get more interesting. This is the first check-in, and hopefully the next one will allow us to draw the same conclusion: The Diamondbacks are very good regardless of the uniform they wear.
