Archie Bradley audio bobblehead day at Chase today, and it seems the crowds were out in force for this one. Not surprised this looks likely to be among the team’s most popular giveaways, since it’s both a novelty and commemorates one of the most popular players among fans, as well as an iconic moment in franchise playoff history [I’d probably put it top 5, and that includes the 2001 World Series]

Couple of bits of team news. Both Steven Souza and Jake Lamb got five at-bats in extended spring training. If they don’t suffer any ill effects, Lamb will hopefully be cleared to go with the team to Philadelphia next week. Souza is still a bit further away, but will move forward in his throwing rehab. Not really a surprise after a very acceptable start last night, but Torey Lovullo also confirmed that Matt Koch will remain in the rotation, at least for now. However, there was mixed new on the Randall Delgado front. He threw a bullpen today and said his arm felt fine, but the team is going to be cautious and will shut him down for a week. There has not apparently been any MRI taken or whatever.

Line-up looks a little better than last night, with the return of Chris Owings and A.J. Pollock after their close encounter of the outfield kind on Thursday. John Ryan Murphy also gets a start instead of Alex Avila: dancing in the streets has been scheduled for the Avila haters! But the key to the game will likely be Zack Godley, who had a very poor start last time out, and could hardly locate the strike zone. We’ll be hoping for a great deal better this time around, not least because it’s his birthday as well! We can take that cake back if you don’t deserve it, Zack - we kept the receipt. Coincidentally, it’s also SnakePitter Tanner’s birthday; he’s at the game, and took the pic for the story stream.
