Diamondhacks has a pretty solid lead right now, but with so much time left, it really could be anyone at the top. For this weeks prompt, we are going to shift a bit into my other writing topic for the Pit: food. As those of you who follow me on twitter probably know, I’m not really a huge fan of the restaurants they have at Chase Field. In fact, the Facebook announcement of Gonzo’s Grill (a new stand proudly featuring that overly processed “food” known as Tyson Chicken) earned some poor media intern for the Diamondbacks a series of very pointed questions added as a comment to the post. I never did get a response. Your task, today, is come up with one restaurant concept and one signature dish to be added to Chase Field. Don’t forget, the closer to 10,000 calories per serving, the better. Go!
