Zack Godley pitched away from the eyes of our NL West rivals this morning, getting his work in during a minor-league game. So we get to see Koch instead, as he looks to continue a solid spring which has perhaps made him our leading contender for the sixth starter’s spot. With the Greinke situation, we may need that sooner than we wanted, though the way the calendar breaks, it’s a couple of weeks before the Diamondbacks will need a fifth man. But the steady progress of our line-ups towards Opening Day continues. We’re perhaps only a Nick Ahmed away from every position player being a starter this afternoon at Salt River.
