Will Wade Miley pitch more than 5 pitches? Boy, that sure was a gambit. There seems to be a fine line between “Genius strategy to cause a team to flip out over platoon splits” and “Throwing shit against the wall even though your offense seems to be the issue and maybe you should do something there.” but instead we’re probably going to get Craig Counsell trying to figure out how to use Josh Hader in every odd-numbered inning in this game.
