Snake Bytes 10/17: LCS Excitement Abounds

Boston took a 2-1 lead in surprising fashion and the NLCS required 13 innings to decide game four.

The Dodgers took an early lead, scoring a run in the bottom of the first. It took until the 13th inning for them to score a second run and walk off the game with a 2-1 score. The pitching in this series has been fantastic (mostly).

NLCS Game 5 Preview

The Brewers and Dodgers will go at it again this evening, starting at 5:05 EST.

Boston 8, Houston 2

NAthan Eovaldi pitched one of the best starts of his entire career to help the Red Sox keep pace with Houston’s Dallas Keuchel. Then, Jackie Bradley Jr. put a stamp on the game with an eighth-inning grand slam to propel Boston to an “easy” six-run victory.

ALCS Game 4 Preview

Boston will send Rick Porcello to face off against Charlie Morton in the nightcap of the LCS double-header. First pitch is scheduled for 8:39 EST.
