Dbacks 4, Cubs 16

MLB: Arizona Diamondbacks at Chicago Cubs Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

The Dbacks were bad tonight. Like, really bad. Like, Daniel Descalso was the pitcher in the bottom of the eighth bad.

It's hard to win when you're losing 8-1 at the end of the third. And then they gave up a seven spot on top of it. Corbin's streak of good starts came to a crashing halt today. The bullpen might have been even worse. The final tally was 16 runs for the Cubs.

The offense was t any better really. The did get four runs, and seven hits, but that isn't really lighting the world on fire.

Defense was even worse with three errors. I mean, what do you even say about this? I've got 35 more words to get to the 150 word minimum, and I don't have much beyond they were bad. I don't know, hopefully tomorrow will be better. Full recap to follow shortly, I guess.
