The pitch

Pitch Talks is an interactive baseball conference built for fans. These events take down the veil of sports talk on mainstream media and create an up-close, personal, uncensored environment for fans to discuss the sport they love. We are bringing Phoenix’s top baseball media personalities to the Valley bar on March 5th at 6:00pm! The show will feature panels with sports media and baseball insiders: D-backs GM Mike Hazen, radio host Mike Ferrin, plus reporters and writers such as Nick Piecoro, Jesse Sanchez, Jordan Bastian, Sahadev Sharma, Jane Lee, Eric Longenhagen, Alex Pavlovic, and Eno Sarris.

Pitch Talks is all about creating forums for hardcore baseball fans to interact with media, management, and other personalities across the game for a night of interactive and intelligent conversations. Our goal is to move past the canned talking points of TV and radio, of 24-hr sports news speculation and hot takes, and dig into the behind the scenes reality of the game we love. From sports media, our game's most practiced storytellers, to top management who live and breathe the game everyday. Pitch Talks is all about bringing fans closer to the game they love.

This night will be no different - grab a drink, come prepared with some questions.
