Manager Chip Hale announced the news before Saturday night’s game against the Orioles. That means Greinke will not pitch in Washington nor the season finale next Sunday at home against San Diego.
Nationals return home to face D-backs - The Washington Nationals return home to play Monday against the Arizona Diamondbacks following a three- city road trip to Atlanta, Miami and Pittsburgh.
