Arizona Trades Ziegler to Red Sox

The first big trade of the season for the Diamondbacks sees Brad Ziegler headed to Boston.

It appears the Diamondbacks have come to the same conclusion that many others had, and that was that Brad Ziegler’s best value to the team right now was to bring prospects back in return before he departed to free agency.

Arizona has completed a trade with the Boston Red Sox for prospects. More details to follow.
