Peter O'Brien provided the thunder for the Aces, launching out both his 14th and 15th HR of the season. The unfortunate part is his power is wasted due to below average tools elsewhere.

Edgar Garcia pitched the final 6 innings, allowing 6 hits and 2 walks while striking out 5. O'Brien paced the offense with 3 extra base hits and 4 RBI. Kyle Jensen drove in 2 runs himself.
MobIle 4, Pensacola 3: Both teams traded 2 spots in the first inning, but the pitcher's settled in after that. Luke Irvine allowed 3 runs overall in 6 2/3 innings allowing 6 hits and 2 walks while striking out 4. Kevin Cron drove in 2 runs with a double and sac fly. The 3-2 lead would not hold, with Irvine allowing a solo HR to Brandon Dixon. After Irvine left the game, the bullpen shut the door. The Baybears scored the winning run in the 10th, when pinch hitter Gabriel Noriega singled, advanced to 2nd on a pop up that fell, moved up to 3rd on a HBP, then finally scored on Gabriel Guerrero's walkoff single. The hit made a winner out of closer Jimmie Sherry, who pitched the final 2 innings.
Visalia 4, San Jose 8: Josh Taylor got knocked around in this game, surrendering 2 home runs and 5 runs overall in 6 innings. The Rawhide bats were unable to close in on the early deficit, scoring only once before the 9th inning. Dawel Lugo and Marty Herum each collected two hits, the latter scoring on hits from the former both times. The Rawhide scored 3 runs in the 9th, buthe it didn't impact the game itself.
Kane County 0, Wisconsin 2: Starter Carlos Hernandez pitched a great ball game, but was the unfortunate soul to give up a run in this pitcher's duel. Hernandez allowed 3 hits and 2 walks with 8 strikeouts in the game, only giving up 1 run to take a tough loss. The Cougars only managed 3 hits and a pair of walks in the game, going 0 for 4 with RISP. Trevor Mitsui was the only batter that reached twice.
