Managing a baseball team is hard, probably. I've never done it, but it seems like not only do you need to have a lot of specific baseball information available almost immediately, but you have to be able to manage the personalities as well.
I might have experience with the latter, but I'd be a disastrous, New York Daily News interview level disastrous, baseball manager. Which is exactly why I should be double guessing our shared favorite team by using a computer simulator.
Here's the plan: we're going to make a decision every week or so that I'll incorporate with a simulation of the 2016 D-backs season. Don't think Tomas should be starting? Think Goldy should be shortstop? We'll test the limits of sanity. I'll then simulate for the coming week and we can compare how the team's are going.
The first question is related to replacing AJ Pollack:
Who should be our everyday Center Fielder with AJ out?
There's a poll below to vote. I'll take the leading vote-getter, and plug them into center field to see if we can do a better job than Chip Hale.
Tune in next week to see how we did!
