Pit Your Wits '16: Week 4

Last week, I asked you all to caption a high-flying picture of Jean Segura. You gave me some good ones, and then clearly picked your favorite

A lot of great captions for the picture I gave you last week (you can find it here). You guys really made your voices heard, however, and decisively picked three top comments. Easily taking both first place here, and sliding into a tie for first place in the standings was TylerO!

"How long did the sculptor say we had to hold this pose?"            

Just when I find a suitably pessimistic sig, they do something positive!

To the puzzlement of Nick Ahmed,

Jean Segura puts on a live demonstration of the Douglas Adams quote: "Flying is learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss".

Not one shred of evidence exists in favor of the idea that life is serious.

Last week, my girlfriend and I spent the day up in Sedona. While I was there, hiking through Oak Creek Canyon, the thought crossed my mind, "This area would make a beautiful backdrop for a baseball stadium..." Would that be an abomination? Absolutely!
