Greinke will be making his fourth start of the spring, having thrown 7.2 scoreless innings so far. Of course, there was also that one inning where he allowed three runs, but we'll adopt ice-skating rules and throw out the lowest score. Or is that ski-jumping? I forget.... Anyway, we'll see how things go today, and how deep he pitches. He'll have two more tune-up outings before facing the Rockies at Chase Field on Opening Day, so I would imagine he'll be looking to go at least four, if not five innings, this afternoon. Not much in the way of support, with Marshall likely the reliever with most chance of making the Opening Day roster.
This one can be heard on Arizona Sports 98.7 FM, but no apparent TV coverage I could locate.
