AAA: Reno 1 @ Colorado Springs 7. The Aces got roughed up straightaway with little offense and suspect pitching. A.J. Schugel was okay for 3 innings allowing one run but Blayne Weller and Kevin Vance were not allowing 4 and 2 runs respectively. The offense had just 7 hits with 2 from Danny Worth.
AA: Mobile 2 Mississippi 1. Ryan Doran was very good for 6 innings allowing just one run on 5 hits and 3 walks with 2 strikeouts. The bullpen earned the win with 3 shutout innings, one by Randall Delgado gave him the win and Silvino Bracho struck out 2 in the 9th for his 15th save. The offense wasn't anything special with 7 hits, 2 by Evan Marzilli, but it was enough.
A+: Visalia 9 @ Stockton 1. The offense didn't get going until the 5th inning, but once it did they piled on for 9 runs behind a big day from Daniel Palka. Palks had 2 doubles and his 21st home run for 2 RBI. Fidel Pena had 2 RBI on 2 hits and Jose Queliz tacked on 3 RBI. Troy Marks was solid with 5 innings of one-run ball and 3 relievers tacked on 4 shutout innings behind him.
A: Kane County 3 Lansing 0. Wei-Chieh Huang started the game with 5 hitless innings before being lifted after 69 pitches. Four relievers followed with a shutout inning each and Zac Curtis getting his 27th save. The balanced offensive attack produced enough with Henry Castillo hitting a solo home run while Colin Bray and Michael Perez each added 2 hits.
A-: Hillsboro 10 Vancouver 9. The Hops found themselves in a ridiculous 14-inning game that wasn't short on strangeness. Cody Reed started out with 5 shutout innings on 3 hits and 2 walks with 7 strikeouts. The offense cranked out 8 runs in the first 4 innings. End of story, right? Wrong. Reliever Kirby Bellow followed Reed and allowed 6 runs while only recording 2 outs. A couple of other relievers actually surrendered the lead by the 8th inning. The offnese rallied with a run in the bottom of the 9th after loading the bases with no outs. Then the bullpens decided to show up and the game rolled all the way to the 14th. After using 8 pitchers Hillsboro turned to second baseman Galli Cribbs and he managed a shutout 14th on one hit with a strikeout. That earned him the win when Gerard Hernandez singled with 2 outs for the walk-off win. Dansby Swanson played all 14 innings and had a double, a triple, 2 walks and 2 RBI. Trevor Mitsui had 3 hits including a home run and scored 4 runs. Luis Veras had 3 hits with 2 doubles.
R: Missoula 4 Grand Junction 10. Yefrey Ramirez got buzzed for 5 runs in 2 innings and the next 2 relievers gave up 5 more. That was just a bridge too far as this one was over early. Isan Diaz had 2 hits with a double, as dis Jason Morozowski, and Austin Byler walked 3 times.
