AAA: Reno 14 @ Fresno 15. In a wild offensive affair the Aces rallied with 6 runs in the top of the 9th to tie the game at 14-14 only to lose it in the bottom of the 9th when Matt Reynolds allowed a walkoff sacrifice fly. Not much effective pitching in this one as Gabriel Arias couldn't get out of the 4th inning before allowing 5 runs. The relief corps did nothing to keep the game close. It was the offense of 39-year-old Cody Ransom who get bring them back with two 3-run homers and a double for 7 RBI. The offense had 17 hits in all with 6 players have multi-hit games plus home runs by garrett Webber and Todd Glaesmann.

AA: Mobile 4 @ Biloxi 2. Aaron Blair was cruising with a shutout through 6 innings but ran into some trouble in the 7th when he allowed 2 hits and the relief stranded neither of them. he still earned the win with a solid outing to improve to 6-2 with a 2.59 ERA. Jimmie Sherfy pitched the 9th for his 1st save. The offense did just enough with Gabriel Guerrero going 2 for 4 with a triple and an RBI and Brandon Drury getting 2 singles and an RBI.

A+: Visalia 3 @ Bakersfield 0. Anthony Banda was superb scattering 5 hits in a complete game shutout with 5 strikeouts. The offense scored 3 times in the 2nd and that was the extent of the scoring. Alex Glenn had 3 hits and 2 RBI while Tyler Baker added a couple of singles.

A: Kane County 8 Dayton 5. Touki Toussaint started and was going along very well allowing a run through 5 innings but then hit the wall in the 6th giving up 2 singles, a double and a 3-run homer to ruin in stat line. He still got the win and struck out 4 while walking none so it was still an encouraging performance as he learns to stretch out a little. The offense made sure that didn't hurt him with a solid 13-hit attack though just one of those was for extra bases. Cody Regis, Marty Herum and Ryan Gebhardt each had 3 singles with Herum driving in 3 runs.
