Braden Shipley started and was pretty good going 6 innings allowing 2 runs on 6 hits and 2 walks while striking out 9. The bullpen was outstanding with 7 shutout innings on 2 hits and no walks with 6 strikeouts. Silvino Bracho saw his first action since being promoted to AA and pitched a perfect frame with a strikeout. The offense was fairly meager with 2 hits each from Raul Navarro and Brandon Drury.

A+: Visalia 3 @ Bakersfield 2. The Rawhide are finding all kinds of ways to win. This time they did it with just 3 hits, 2 coming from Daniel Palka including a 2-run double and a solo home run. John Omahen started and was very good going 7 innings allowing 6 hits and no walks while striking out 8. Nickolas Sarianides pitched a perfect 9th for his 2nd save.
