Kevin Cron ripped a pair of home runs in Visalia's 10-5 win giving him 9 on the season. Since arriving in pro baseball as a 14th round pick out of TCU a year ago Cron has taken a couple of steps forward and started to show some of the Cron bloodline as a feared middle-of-the-order hitter. He still has some work to do to garner some serious prospect status but he's taken the necessary first steps.
