Aaron Blair is really getting into a groove with consistently good game after consistently good game. He did it again Friday night allowing 2 unearned runs over 6 innings on 4 hits and a walk with 6 strikeouts.

AAA: Reno 8 @ Omaha 10. Caleb Clay was not his best getting roughed up for 8 runs over 5 innings including 5 home runs. The offense did its best to try and come back from the 8-0 deficit especially Peter O'Brien who doubled twice and hit his 10th home run driving in 5. But the rally came up short. Nick Evans hit a 3-run homer and Kevin Frandsen had 2 hits.
AA: Mobile 2 Chattanooga 13. In the game continued from Thursday the BayBears got roasted, especially Edgar Garcia who came on in place of Brandon Sinnery and gave up 9 runs over 3+ innings. Brandon Drury had 2 of the team's 6 hits.
AA: Mobile 7 Chattanooga 2. Aaron Balir continued his mastery of AA hitters in the nightcap allowing 2 unearned runs on 4 hits while striking out 6. His ERA has shrunk to 2.31 and he has 47 strikeouts against 15 walks in 58 innings. This time the offense made sure Blair got the win with a balanced 12-hit attack. Rudy Flores hit a solo home run, his 6th, while Mitch Haniger and Socrates Brito each singled twice.
A+: Visalia 3 @ Modesto 6. The Rawhide actually lost 2 games in a row and still stand at 30-12. Zack Godley came back to earth with a so-so outing allowing 6 runs (4 earned) over 6 innings. The offense never got it closer than 3 runs as only Kevin Cron did anything of note hitting a pair of doubles and driving in one.
A: Kane County 0 Wisconsin 4. Touki Toussaint started and was superb tossing 6 shutout innings on 2 hits and 2 walks. Unfortunately the offense didn't respond and got shut down on 6 hits, all of the singles. Jeferson Meijia followed Touki and got blown out for 4 runs in the 7th and 9th innings combined. Victor Reyes and Ryan Gebhardt each contributed a couple of hits.
