Chase Anderson was brilliant, going into the 9th inning before loading the bases and being unable to get an out in that 9th inning. Brad Ziegler came on in relief and did Ziegler things, inducing Giancarlo Stanton to ground into a double play that scored a run before getting Martin Prado to line out to center for the 3rd out and give Anderson his first win of the season.
For the offense, it was A.J. Pollock leading the way with 3 hits and 4 runs, including a successful stolen base of home after David Peralta was picked off of first. He became the first player since Dee Gordon in 2011 to steal 2nd, 3rd and home in the same game. Other contributors on offense were David Peralta, with 2 hits and 3 RBI's, Nick Ahmed with 2 hits and Yasmany Tomas with his 5th consecutive game of 2 or more hits.
The Diamondbacks take the series after 3 straight wins over the Marlins and will go for the sweep tomorrow in the finale.
