Socrates Burritos 5, What the Hellickson? 5
The Burritos had a clear edge in hitting, Jones and Freeman each homering three times; Goldschmidt also had three HR for What. But roles were reversed on the mound, despite the Burritos having Pitcher of the Week De Grom (two W, zero ERA); Greene got two W for What, who had a 2.58 ERA.
Trail-Hitters 7, Waffles 3
Waffles' pitchers piled up 71 strikeouts, led by Pineda (two Wins and 14 strikeouts), but Trail got a W + 12 K from Odorizzi and five Saves by Familia. They also had the advantage in hitting, with Stanton getting two HR and eight RBI, countering three HR and seven Runs for Waffles from A-Rod.

Week 3 schedule
AZ SnakePit vs. Smell the Glove
MyWieterGetzLongoria vs. Angry Saguaro
Socrates Burritos vs. Steven B's Swag Team
Trail-Hitters vs. What the Hellickson?
Dirk Ziegler vs. Waffles
Alabama Slammers vs. CGS
Mizzoula Osprey vs. Yasmany as Possible
The ESPN televised game of the week sees the Socrates Burritos take on Steven B's Swag Team in a contrast of styles. Socrates have been offense-driven, powered by Adam Jones and Joey Votto, without a pitcher in the top twenty. The reverse is true for Swag, who have no highly-ranked hitters, but a pitching staff anchored by Z's: Zack Greinke is their ace to date, with Zach Britton the main closer.
