Dodgers 4, Diamondbacks 2: At Least Nobody was Ejected?

After this game Yoan Lopez had to go, his planet needed him.

The most interesting thing to come out of this game, one of many interminable Spring Training contests, was that starting pitcher Yoan Lopez was reassigned to Minor League camp afterwards.

See?

He had a bit of a rough go of it, surrendering three runs in 4.0 innings pitched, walking two, and striking out three. Andrew Chafin, Enrique Burgos, SIlvino Bracho, and Jimmy Sherfy pitched the rest of the way, with Burgos allowing the fourth Dodger run.

The only Diamondback runs came in the bottom of the 7th when Nick Evans drove in two with a single off of Mike Adams. Evans and Ender Inciarte had two hits each for the Diamondbacks.

Yasmany Tomas was hit by a pitch in the 7th, and was removed from the game, but seemingly just as a precautionary measure.

The only other highlight of this game was that, apparently, the Dodger announcers couldn't let go of pool jokes and references. Sure, we're the ones still harping on that, Mmmhmmm.

The Diamondbacks play the Rangers tomorrow at SRF.
