Allen Webster traded to Pittsburgh for cash

The embattled right-hander that joined Rubby De La Rosa in the Wade Miley trade has seen his time in Arizona come to an end. After being excised from the 40-man roster earlier last week, the 26-year-old right-hander is headed to the Pittsburgh in exchange for cash considerations. It will be interesting to see if Pittsburgh's history of fixing and revitalizing pitchers will help Webster realize the sort of potential that was once considered top-of-the-rotation material.
