Yeah, it's time to party like it's 2009 again, with the return of 'Skins to the top of the charts, albeit by a much smaller margin than five years ago, when he had twice as many as the next most active commenter. We didn't have one of these last year, but comparing the ranks to the top ten for 2012, we seen only two holdovers from then, in the shape of myself (then #7) and Clefo (#3). Particular thanks go to those who made it into the top ten for any of the three categories: for everyone else, get your typing hands on for 2015!
