VIDEO: On The Field with Josh Collmenter

The Diamondbacks starter talks to Fabian Ardaya about his move to the rotation, and the Diamondbacks' expectations entering the second half of 2014.

While at the Cronkite Sports Broadcast Boot Camp at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State for the last two weeks, I got the chance to head to Chase Field and talk to Diamondbacks starter Josh Collmenter. Collmenter spoke to me about his move back into the starting rotation in April, as well as the Diamondbacks' improved starting rotation as they enter the second half of the season.

Collmenter is 8-5 with a 4.07 ERA this season through his first 24 appearances (19 starts). He currently has thrown 119.1 innings this season, on pace to break his previous career high of 154.1 that he set in his rookie season (2011).
