Okay, let me repeat that, because you probably skipped the intro. This game is on Fox Sports 1, not FSAZ. Though, let's face it, you probably skipped the entire thing. If you hear a whirring sound in the Gameday Thread, it's me rolling my eyes at the people asking why the game isn't on Fox Sports Arizona. Grumble I don't know why I bother mumble.
I also predict whiny comments in the GDT after we fail to score in the first, along the lines of "Why aren't we hitting this scrub?", Harang being the type of soft-tossing junkballer whom every opposing fan feels is lobbing up grapefruit, and doing so underarm. Of course, you don't spend 13 years in the major-leagues and put up a perfectly respectable ERA+ of 98 by doing that. However, the D-backs have had a good chunk of success against him in the past: over Harang's last 16 starts, he has just one victory, and he is 0-5 in his last seven, most recently taking the loss last month at Chase, allowing three runs over six innings.
A lot of the Diamondbacks have had good success against him in the past, and that could give us an advantage, as the Braves have never seen Bolsinger before. Miguel Montero is 10-for-19 with seven walks, Cody Ross 5-for-16 with four walks, and Paul Goldschmidt 5-for-11 with two homers and six walks, so it seems there's a good chance his on-base streak will continue this afternoon.
