Another light schedule day with three teams on the final day of their all star breaks. But hats off to Mike Freeman who played a big role in Reno's monster comeback win over Oklahoma City.

AAA: Reno, 7 Oklahoma City 6. The Aces came up with a huge rally in the bottom of the 9th inning to score 4 runs and get the walk-off win 7-6. The heroes were Tyler Bortnick, who delivered a bases-loaded, bases-clearing double to tie the score, and Mike Freeman who followed with an RBI single for the walk-off. Andrew Chafin started and had another below average outing allowing 4 runs on 7 hits and 5 walks over 4 innings. The bullpen followed with 5 innings of 2-run ball with Kevin Munson earning the win. Freeman had a bases-loaded, bases-clearing triple back in the 4th inning in addition to his game winner.

A-: Hillsboro 6 Salem-Keizer 8. The Hops got off to a great start with 5 runs in the first inning highlighted by Justin Gonzalez' second home run of the season. But it wasn't enough as Salem pecked away all game and finally took the lead for good in the 6th inning. Ben Eckles couldn't take advantage of the good fortune and was knocked out in the 5th after allowing the tying runs. He allowed 5 runs on 7 hits and 5 walks. His prospect status is shriveling. Todd Glaesmann went 2 for 5 with a double and Nate Robertson had a pair of singles.

R: Missoula 5 Helena 4. The Osprey had a nice comeback of their own overcoming a 4-0 deficit with 5 runs in the 8th inning on just 2 hits. They were the beneficiaries of 3 walks and a hit batter. Carlos Hernandez started and allowed 2 unearned runs on 7 hits and a walk but had a whopping 8 strikeouts in just 4.1 innings. Brody Greer earned his first save with 2 shutout innings that included 3 strikeouts. The osprey only produced 6 hits all singles by 6 different players.
