Archie Bradley made his second start for Reno and it was another good one. He went 7 innings allowing 2 runs on 3 hits and 2 walks while striking out 5 on 83 pitches. That's pretty good efficiency for 7 full innings. One of the ones was the result of a pop-up in shallow right that nobody could get to that turned into a double. So far so good for Bradley in AAA. Just waiting for that Super 2 status to expire sometime in early June. Hopefully the Dbacks are still within striking distance by then.

Triple A: Reno 0 El Paso 2. Archie Bradley was very good allowing 2 runs on 3 hits over 7 innings. But the offense could only manage 1 run of support and Bradley took the loss. The Aces managed just 5 hits with Aaron Cunningham getting two singles and Mike Jacobs adding a double.
Double A: Mobile 1 Montgomery 6. Michael Lee wasn't very good allowing 6 runs over 5 innings on 10 hits and 2 walks. The offense wasn;t much better getting such a single tally on 5 hits. Jon Griffen and Lars Davis each had a double. Blake Cooper did a nice job out of the bullpen allowing no runs over 3 innings while striking out 5.
High A: Visalia 4 @ Stockton 9. Hector Hernandez got hit pretty hard to the tune of 7 runs over 5 innings and that was a bridge too far for the offense. Raul Navarro went 2 for 4 and is hitting .423 so far this year. Ryan Court chipped in with a pair of singles and 2 RBI.
Low A: South Bend 4 Wisconsin 3. The Silver Hawks bullpen took over with a 4-3 lead in the 5th and made it stand up led by 3 superb innings from John Omahen with tossed three shutout frames with no hits, no walks and 7 strikeouts. J.R. Bradley followed with a perfect 8th and Daniel Gibson got his 2nd save with a nervous 9th. Jamie Westbrook went 2 for 3 with a walk and a double. Andrew Velazquez went 2 for 4 with a double as did Michael Perez.
