Diamondbacks line-up

  1. Gerardo Parra, RF
  2. Aaron Hill, 2B
  3. Paul Goldschmidt, 1B
  4. Martin Prado, 3B
  5. Eric Chavez, DH
  6. Mark Trumbo, LF
  7. Miguel Montero, C
  8. A.J. Pollock, CF
  9. Didi Gregorius, SS
+ Bradley, P [and I'm guessing] Charles Brewer, Bo Schultz, Zeke Spruill

I think this is going to be very close to the defensive line-up we see for the Dodgers' game, perhaps with Owings replacing Gregorius. Since there'll be a left-hander pitching on Saturday, that'll probably also mean Pollock and Parra swapping positions, but the heart of the line-up looks about right - albeit with no DH, naturally. I tend to think we may see fewer line-ups used by Gibson this year, but that's just my instinct. We'll see how long the starters play in this one. Thinking Montero might be out fairly early, considering he'll likely be catching both games against Los Angeles.

Might this be the least-watched D-backs game in American history? It's not on TV, and one imagine there'll be fewer Americans at the park than for a typical spring training game... Combine that with a 1am start time here in Phoenix, and I really can't see many people staying up to refresh Gameday all night. I know I won't be, partly because I do have to work tomorrow [I've taken Saturday off - I'm not that insane!] Any recap will therefore be appearing based entirely on whenever I wake up. If that happens to be close to the end of the game, around 4am Arizona time, so be it. But I warn you: don't rely on it! Otherwise, I'll see you in the morning!
