Paul Goldschmidt is kind of good, you guys

Norm Hall

The four game losing streak is over, and it came in dramatic fashion. Paul Goldschmidt hit a monster walk off homer off Chad Qualls (Remember him?) in the bottom of the ninth to give the D'Backs a 3-2 win over the Marlins.

Randall Delgado pitched well in his probably-a-spot start. He ran into trouble in the fourth inning, giving up an RBI triple to Derek Dietrich and a single to Adeiny Hechavarria to make it 2-0 Marlins. Overall, he pitched seven innings of two earned run ball with six strikeouts (including two of Giancarlo Stanton!)

The D'Backs were able to tie it up in the bottom of the inning with a Martin Prado (!) two-run homer off of Marlins starter Nathan Eovaldi to make it 2-2.

What followed was nothing but an offensive black hole for both teams... until
