Diamondbacks 3, Rockies 2

Cody Ross (HAIL SATAN) hit a walkoff Sac-Fly in the 10th inning to give the D'Backs a 3-2 win over the Rockies, and improve to 6-0 in extra inning games this year.

The Diamondbacks overcame a shaky start by one Wade Miley, who walked four people in the first inning, but the only ball in play was a double play, to get the win. Miley had 7 walks on the day and only lasted 4 and 1/3 innings. The D'Backs got on the board in the first inning with an A.J. Pollock homer and a Cody Ross triple that scored Miguel Montero to make it 2-0 D'Backs.

The Rockies were able to claw back against the Bullpen. Wilin Rosario got a solo shot off of Brad Ziegler, who was pitching in his second frame after getting a double play with the bases loaded to end the 4th in relief of Miley , in the 5th, and Heath Bell gave up a run scoring single to Troy Tulowitzki (who proceeded to TOOTBLAN himself, HA HA!)

The Rockies TOOTBLAN'd themselves out of their half of the 8th, and both teams exchanged zeroes until the 10th, when Pollock scored on a deep sacrifice fly by Cody Ross to win the game in extras. HAIL SATAN.

The D'Backs go for the series win tomorrow, full recap upcoming.
