Aaron Hill to the DL with a broken left hand. Didi Gregorius recalled from Triple-A Reno.

HEY DID YOU GUYS KNOW THAT DIDI GREGORIUS IS HTE NEX-
SLAP
Oh, phew, sorry about that. Didn't know where I was. Aaron Hill's hand, which was hit by a pitch a week ago against the Pirates, has been revealed as being broken, and has been placed on the 15 day disabled list (15 day per Steve Berthume's twitter feed.) In his place, Didi Gregorius, who has been battling injuries himself and only last night took the field for the Reno Aces for the first time, has been called up in his place. You might recall Gregorius as the main piece acquired in the Trevor Bauer trade (sorry, Tony Sipp, but it's true.)
In seven games with Reno so far, Gregorius has been hitting a line of .387/.424/.645 with 2 home runs (SSS and Reno caveats apply here) Whether he will play everyday or be a defacto backup remains to be seen, but it should be noted that Cliff Pennington has played a fair share of Second Base, and could slot there in short notice. He is not in the lineup for tonight's game against the Yankees, and is currently en route.
According to a tweet from Nick Piecoro, Kirk Gibson believes Hill will be out of the lineup for four to six weeks.
