Surprise!

No, really: that's where the Diamondbacks are playing this afternoon's game, against the Kansas City Jeffs. Or the Kansas City Francoeurs. Or the Kansas City Frenchies. So, feel free also to use this as an open thread to discuss anything you want. Here's the D-backs line-up for this afternoon's contest.

  1. Adam Eaton, CF
  2. Willie Bloomquist, LF
  3. Gerardo Parra, RF
  4. Paul Goldschmidt, 1B
  5. Matt Davidson, 3B
  6. Mark Teahen, DH
  7. Rod Barajas, C
  8. Cliff Pennington, SS
  9. John McDonald, 2B
+ pitchers Randall Delgado, Chase Anderson, Eric Smith, Eury de la Rosa, Joe Paterson
