I've just sent out invites to the managers who took the top 12 places in last year's Division 1 league, which was won in the end by the Alabama Slammers, after they knocked off the Fighting Amish in the championship game. Managers have a week to accept the invitations. As I recall, last year interest was such that we had two leagues below that: think Clefo ran one, and was ish95 responsible for the other?. The winners of those two leagues, at least, will be invited to bring their teams up to the top tier - there may be more if any returnees from Division 1 fail to show up. The subleagues will be open to anyone, so just post in the comments if you're interested!
We have tried various other fantasy providers in the past, but we seem to keep coming back to Yahoo!, so I'm stoked they are actually sponsoring SB Nation this year. - I'll try to figure out some prize for the league winner between now and October! Their free game seems to have the best range of features, and the interface is far more user-friendly than most of those that I've tried. This year, the big enhancement is a Fantasy App, available for both your Android and iOS mobile devices, so I don't want to hear any "I forgot to set my team roster because I was out of the house" excuses this season. Here's a quick rundown of their features, with a link if you want to set up your own league.
