One more win, and we'll have matched the total for the entire 2010 season. If you'd told Arizona fans on August 25th that year - as they lost to the Padres, falling to a 49-78 record, twenty-eight games back in the NL West - that'd they be back above .500 just two years later, we'd likely have taken it. We're 15 games up on our record after 126 games in 2010, so Arizona are clearly moving in the right direction, and back in to contention. Of course, seeing things like that would require burying your head in the sand and forgetting about the magnificent, unexpected season we had last year, from which our record has gone in the other direction.
Still, whatever gets you through the day. Wailord with the recap, it'll be a little late, so expect a quick summary immediately post-game. Line-up after the jump.

Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers concert at Chase after the game tonight. I wonder if they'll only play D-backs Swing if the team wins today? Be nice finally to be able to beat the Padres - the Giants and Cardinals have already both lost, so a victory for us would claw us back some of what was lost yesterday...
