Mizzoula Osprey 5, Ignatius J. Rallies 4
Mizzoula edged Rallies after K's ended tied at 53, with strong overall pitching (1.66 ERA) key. Dickey's near no-hitter led their hurlers with a W + 12 K's; Cook got three Saves for the Rallies. On hitting., Bautista (Ignatius), McCann and Cabrera (both Mizzoula) enjoyed two-homer weeks.
Alabama Slammers 5, Lil Bitches 5
Nothing could split these two, Lil taking four points on hitting, and Alabama doing the same on pitching. Cuddyer and Nieuwenhuis each homered three times for Lil, as many as the Slammers managed collectively. However, they got 14 K from Capuano and three Sv by Motte, to secure a tie.
Blonde Streaks 3, Phoenix Platypi 6
The Platypi swept pitching, Street's three Sv countering the same put up by Frieri for the Streaks. On offense, Reynolds (Phoenix) had two home-runs, driving in and scoring seven; Rasmus also homered twice. For Blonde, Ortiz (two HR, five RBI) was their best performer.
Sofa King Juiced 6, soco knows 4

The Fighting Amish 6, Los Wailoracles 4
Closer than you'd expect, given half Los's pitchers were on the DL or in Triple-A. They still took ERA with 1.23 and WHIP, but the offense had only two HR and 14 RBI. For Amish, Braun alone had four HR and seven RBI, Dunn homered three times, and Soriano had four Saves.
MyWieterGetzLongoria 4, CompleteGameShutout 5
No spaces to be found here, but plenty of competition: HR was level and Complete took BA by only .005 and WHIP by .02. They got 87 strikeouts, including 20 by Scherzer; Johnson adding 11. At the plate, Granderson had three HR for Wieter and Votto added two, but they fell just short.

AZ takes on Wieter in the ESPN Game of the Week. Wieter have been offense-driven - they don't have any pitchers in the top 50, but have four hitters, led by Votto and Kipnis in the top ten overall. The same is true for Snake, whose pitching has struggled, but an offense led by Cabrera and McCutchen helps a lot. Should be a high-scoring contest!
