More than a quarter of the way into the season, we finally get to see the Dodgers here at Chase. They'll still be without Matt Kemp, but as ZM noted in the preview, that didn't stop them from doing a demolition job on the reigning World Series champions over the weekend. LA had a four-game winning streak, having outscored the opposition 26-11 over that time, and have also played competently away from home, winning half of their 18 games. Make no mistake, it won't be easy, but with Kemp gone and the scheduling allowing us to dodge Clayton Kershaw, it could be worse.

Line-up after the jump. This thread will also be used to cover Daniel Hudson's rehab start with the Reno Aces, which is scheduled to start at 6:35 pm

  1. Willie Bloomquist SS
  2. Aaron Hill 2B
  3. Justin Upton RF
  4. Miguel Montero C
  5. Chris Young CF
  6. Jason Kubel LF
  7. Paul Goldschmidt 1B
  8. Josh Bell 3B
  9. Patrick Corbin.P

No time wasted in getting n00b Bell into the line-up, making him start at third on the day he comes up from Reno. Otherwise, much as expected against a left-hander.. Capuano has only faced us once since 2007, taking the loss on four runs and nine hits over six inning, in August last year. However, Henry Blanco is the only player with more tan six PAs against him. Given that, however, our line is pretty good, with a .349 average by our roster. Hill, Kubel and Goldschmidt are a combined 6-for-7 lifetime.
