A little concerned hotclaws has suffocated under a pile of cats or something, as we're now at 2 1/4 hours after game-end, and the guest recap is still not yet here... Pending it's arrival, here's a quick placeholder thread, in which to discuss this afternoon's game, which had some eerie similarities to yesterday. In both, Arizona jumped out in front early, on a pair of home-runs, then watched the Giants claw their way back into things. The starter - Daniel Hudson today, instead of Ian Kennedy - went 6.2 innings, flagging a bit at the end, and the bullpen held on for the victory, by the score of 5-4. Maybe I'll just copy-paste yesterday's recap?
Of course, Aaron Hill probably much preferred this game... And if you're getting here from Twitter, here's the full recap.
