RBI, W and K were all decided by one point, with Morrow's two W + 12 K key in Osprey's victory, while Aviles also had two HR and seven RBI for them. Kemp having two HR and six Runs for Blonde, who also got two W + 16 K from Pitcher of the Week Sabathia.
Alabama Slammers 4, CompleteGameShutout 5
Another K-heavy outing, 141 piled up here: 17 from Johnson (Complete), with 15 + a Win from Floyd (Alabama). Price got two W for the former, Kimbrel three Saves for the latter. Hernandez (Complete) had two HR and six RBI, and Wins ended tied.
The Fighting Amish 6, MyWieterGetzLongoria 4
Two W + 10 K from Bumgarner helped the Amish edge Longoria, who couldn't get a Win despite a sub-three ERA. They got two HR + seven RBI from Kubel, but Amish countered with Hamilton (two HR, eight runs driven in), Beltre chipping in with two HR and six RBI.
Los Wailoracles 5, Waffles 5
Nothing to separate these two sides, Los just ahead on hitting, with Gonzalez scoring and driving in six, but Waffles responded on the mound, behind Gonzalez's W + 13 K. Bard got a pair of W for Los; Waffles had Hitter of the Week Bruce (four HR, eight RBI).
soco knows 4, Ignatius J. Rallies 5
soco had a 2.15 collective ERA, with Greinke getting two Wins and 11 strikeouts. But Rallies prevailed, with Butler's three HR and seven RBI leading the way; they benefited from Garza's 15 K's and Kinsler, who scored seven runs, as did Pedroia for soco.
Phoenix Platypi 5, Lil Bitches 5
Three HR apiece from Posey and Konerko helped Phoenix hold league leaders Lil to a tie; Lil got three HR and seven RBI out of Encarnacion. The teams managed only three W between them: Hamels (Phoenix) got a W + seven K; Papelbon saved two for Lil/
