The Diamondbacks have already clinched their sixth consecutive series victory, and go for the sweep this afternoon at Chase Field. With the NL West basically in the bag, attention is now focused on whether the team can get a better record than the Brewers, which would then give them home-field advantage in the Division Series, as well as a likely easier first-round match-up, against the Braves rather than the Phillies.

  1. Ryan Roberts 3B
  2. Gerardo Parra RF
  3. Aaron Hill 2B
  4. Paul Goldschmidt 1B
  5. Chris Young CF
  6. Collin Cowgill LF
  7. John McDonald SS
  8. Henry Blanco C
  9. Josh Collmenter RHP

No Justin Upton or Miguel Montero in this afternoon's line-up - looks like the latter's hit-streak will go on hold [it'd suck if he is given one pinch-hit at-bat!]. Arizona will be going for their 16th consecutive home victory today - there hasn't been a streak that long in the majors since the Astros went 18, back in 2004. I'm sure Chase Field will be rocking again this afternoon, as our World Series tenth anniversary season moves on. Purple and turquoise for the win!
