Giants have already put away the Twins, 2-1, so the Diamondbacks need to win if they are to stay in first place in the NL West. I'm not sure if it would be cool or not for this to continue over the next 85 games or so, us and SF going toe-to-toe down to the wire. As long as we won in the end, it'd be fun - but even if we didn't, the mere fact that we stayed in contention all the way could only be considered as a massive win, given pre-season expectations. On the other hand, not sure my digestive tract would appreciate a re-enactment of 2007.

Daniel Hudson RHP
Paulino is a sometimes reliver, sometime starter, who hasn't won a game in over a year - admittedly, that's only his past seven starts, but still... He came into the Royals rotation at the beginning of June and has received four no-decisions, averaging a bit under six innings per outing, with a good 2.33 ERA. While it might not be wise to under-estimate him, I think it's fair to say he's no Daniel Hudson. Diamondbacks for the sweep, and hold on to first-place.
