Please see my previous Gameday Thread for a detailed discussion of Joe Saunders, who got switched out of the day game in between my writing the thread and the line-up being posted. [Shakes fist in general direction of Colorado] After the sound thrashing administered to the bullpen this afternoon, in an ugly defeat it would be really good if he can work seven innings tonight, something he has yet to do this season. One sign of possible hope is that he has thrown six-plus in each of his four road starts, and his ERA away from Chase is considerably better (3.65 vs. 6.26). On the other hand, this is Coors, with their "humidor"...

Some significant changes, with Willie Bloomquist, Justin Upton, Melvin Mora and Henry Blanco all replaced from this afternoon's line-up. Burroughs, Drew, Johnson and Montero come in to play instead, so a bit more of an "A" line-up feel. We'll see whether or not the team brings its "A" game. soco is on the recap, I'll be back with some audio clippage when all has been done and said.
