Tankapalooza 2010 standings
As noted earlier, the last time we faced the Pirates, we outscored them 27-13, including a marvelous game where we scored thirteen in an inning, and finished the series a game back of first. The Pirates were also at .500 ball at the end of it, and would actually peak at a record of 7-5 the following weekend. My, how things have changed. Now, they look dead-certs to lose a hundred, and represent Arizona's best shot of avoiding the same fate - our opponents the rest of the way after this weekend average a .523 W%. If we don't take at least two out of three here, especially with Ghidrah/The Firm/whatever pitching. :ooks like Fox Sports Arizona are also wondering what to call them.
