AZ SnakePit Fantasy Baseball, Week 11

At time of going to press, I don't yet have a full Division Two write-up - believe BattleMoses is subbing for Wailord on that this week. I did get the league table, so that's after the jump, along with the full recap of Division One. I'll plug in the D2 one, when it arrives.

DIVISION ONE

Baked 6, Moving on Uptons 4
For once, it was Baked's offense that got them to victory, as they swept all five hitting categories, with Dunn's two homers and Crawford's nine runs scored the standout performances. The Uptons got 13 K's from Halladay, but lost WHIP by .046, and with it, the overall contest.

Shoryukens! 5, Confederate Generals 4
Shoryu took advantage of a sub-Uecker performance from the Generals bats to take BA, despite hitting only .226 themselves. A near-sweep of pitching, with Papelbon and Rodriguez each getting three saves, then powered them to victory. Wainwright had two Wins for the Generals.

7-2 Offsuiters 5, NiceCrispyBacon 3
RBI and Saves ended tied, but 7-2 posted a collective 2.09 ERA, with a WHIP of just 0.93 - Hanson and Romero combined for two Wins and 13 scoreless innings, though Price got a W + 16 K's for Bacon. They also got four HR by Howard, but Reyes eight Runs gave that point to 7-2.

Blonde Streaks 3, Funny Team Name 6
Funny came within one save of a pitching sweep, Johnson standing out with a Win and 16 strikeouts, part of a week where they had a 2.12 ERA. Blonde got four home-runs and had eight driven in by Holliday, but Hamilton scored and drove in six and Funny held on for the win.

The Fighting Amish 4, Sofa King Juiced 4
RBI and Saves ended tied here too, and the contest did too. Pedroia scored nine runs and hit .522 for the Amish, who took three hitting categories; Ichiro homered twice. However, Sofa took three pitching categories, anchored by Sabathia (two W + 13 K) and Lincecum (W + 10 K).

Lady Gaga Regatta 7, AZ SnakePit 1
The week's biggest blowout saw Lady cruise to victory, accumulating five Wins and a 1.05 WHIP - a W and 12 K's for Baker helped them come within one Save of a pitching sweep. Snake's only win was in HR, where they got two from Youkilis; Lady hit .315 overall for this round.

warlords 5, Balco's Boys 5
war had a clear edge in hitting, but dropped SB to Balco's, but the roles were reversed on the mound, where war took K, earning the overall tie. Lee and Ortiz each had a three HR, seven RBI week for war, while Buchholz got two Wins and Wagner three Saves for Balco's.
