The rubber game of the series sees the two nominal staff aces going up against each other, though Haren has been a bit up and down in this area. It would have been nice to have carried forward...oh, eight or nine of the runs scored by the Diamondbacks yesterday to this afternoon's contest, but for some inexplicable reason, that's not how the game works. Still, having done a solid job of scoring off Hanson, we'll see if we can repeat the medicine against the Big H--son.
Line-ups and details after the jump...
...but just not quite yet. Given the early start and it being Sunday, I'm prescheduling this one the night before, and so currently have no idea what the line-up will be. I'm sure someone will fill it in before first pitch. Me, I'm off to watch the end of Ultraviolet on the SyFy channel and then some movie about space vampires, with Casper Van Dien and Erike Eleniak. That's what I call a Saturday night. My presence in the Gameday Thread is likely, but depends entirely on what time we surface in the morning. It's an IHSB recap, in one of his last actions here before heading off to pastures new at Chase.
